In Honor of the Super Bowl

Here is my inspiration drawn from a Becky Higgins sketch.

PP: Crate Paper
Chipboard: Pressed Petals & Heidi Swapp
Mulberry paper
Stampin’ Up pens
Font: Times New Roman
Journaling: Ben, your second year of contact football was so thrilling! Besides getting the chance to play both offense and defense, you were able to really hone your skills of perception and timing. With plays like the Wing Back Slam, you were able to power through the opponent’s defense and gain yards! On defense you were an unstoppable monster! Congratulations on another successful year on the grid iron number 37!

"Stealing Moments"

PP: Basic Grey
CS: Paperbilities
Chipboard: Basic Grey Mini Monos & Heidi Swapp
Rub-Ons: DCWV & MM
Unibal White Pen
Journaling: As my sons grow up, I do not get many "mom" moments. So when they happen, I treasure every second.

Published in BLUEPRINTS!!!

Two of my layouts ("Uniquely You" and "Husker Youth Experience") have been picked up for publication in the BluePrints new idea book that is coming out! It is going to be called - Scrapbook Styles: Defined.

I have to wait until after the publication to show them in public, but I thought I would let you know how excited I am!!! :)

Don't forget to tell your Local Scrapbook Store to order their BlueMedia books - Layout Blueprints or Scrapbook Styles: Defined - now!

CS: Bazzill & Paperbilities

Pressed Petals chipboard letters

I did this LO with just cardstock - there is no patterned paper! I wanted to keep it simple and let the photos pop off the page.
