I did this LO with just cardstock - there is no patterned paper! I wanted to keep it simple and let the photos pop off the page.

Piggy Tales...Becky Higgin's sketch project

I am always inspired by the amazing Becky Higgin's and her sketches. This sketch was perfect for these pictures and papers...so here was my inspiration.

Other: Technique Tuesday stamps & InkXpressions Black ink, buttons & raffia, Zig pen – black, black brads, DSP Polyanna font
Fun tips: I used the negative and positive formats of the chipboard letters to create part of the title. I wanted to leave as much “white” space as possible, so I placed the journaling in the brackets on the right side of the LO. For one portion of the small pictures, I took one large picture and divided it into sections, making sure not to cut through the face. So the picture on the bottom left of the right side is sectioned, but not in 2x2 squares.

Journaling: Benjamin, you wear many hats and have such amazing facial expressions. Looking at you there are endless things that can be seen in your face. There is optimism and energy in your smile and a sparkle in your eyes. Your face can be serious, but there is always a glow of contentment that shines through. Most of all, looking at you I see joy!
